Remember to go through the list at least once a week . Notes: Now make a sign next to each task to indicate which one of them can be automated or can be done by another person with a minimal amount of money. For the tasks that could not be complete it, then break them into smaller tasks that can be done every day. For some tasks add their phone number or emails for direct contact. For learning tasks, you gotta set a time and a date and a method to conduct the learning process. For example, 15min per day during the break by reading an article or watching a video.
