CONSTITUTION OF UCSI UNIVERSITY _______________ Association ARTICLE I Name of Organization The organization shall be known as UCSI University _______________ Association. ARTICLE II Purpose of the Organization ARTICLE III Membership 1. All students enrolled at the University, as defined by the Office of Registrar, can become members of the UCSI University __________________ Association. ARTICLE IV Officers and Election Chairperson and Vice Chairperson a) The Chairperson and Vice Chairperson shall be voted by the members of the UCSI University _______________ Association. b) The Chairperson must be a registered full-time students of the University for the immediate past three (3) semesters, as so defined by the Office of Registrar. c) They must not have been on scholastic or disciplinary probation, as so recorded by
