How to be happy?
- Pray - By understanding the meaning of praying.
- Sport - By regularly exercising and have sportsmanship.
- Joy (Fun) - By donating your time and money reasonably and wisely to help people who are in need.
- Smile - By being satisfied with what God had given to you.
- Fast - From food and words and what virtually hurts your eyes (Advanced)
- Eat less - By knowing the portion and the type of food your body needs.
- Drink water - The main liquid of life.
- Walk - To generate thoughts and solve issues.
- Talk less - Linked to fasting, by controlling the words that you are saying and how to say it.
- Wake up early - to train your body and soul of the default universe system.
